NHS dental practice in Stourport sold

Christie & Co, a specialist business property adviser, has announced the sale of RA Arrowsmith Dental Practice in Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire.

The practice is a three-surgery, predominantly NHS dental clinic located in the town of Stourport-on-Severn, situated on the banks of the River Severn.

It had been owned for many years by Dr Andrew Richard Arrowsmith and was put on the market as part of his phased retirement plan.

After a confidential sales process led by Steve O’Connor at Christie & Co, the practice has been acquired by Imperial Dental, a growing regional group with multiple practices across the Midlands.

O’Connor commented: “This sale highlights the strong demand for predominantly NHS dental practices that are well run and managed, with demand for quality dental practices continuing to outstrip supply.”

The sale price was not disclosed.
